Key Responsibility:

• Building of PHP based applications.
• Maintenance of core PHP-based applications on our commercial platforms.
• Development work aligned to the Netsmart coding methodology.
• Support of applications and environment.

Core Competencies:

• Strong communication skills.
• Have significant experience developing client / server, n-Tier and web applications.
• Able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of Object Oriented
• development methodologies and UML.
• Have excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
• XML and SOAP an advantage.
• Proficiency with Linux (e.g. RedHat); Understanding of SQL databases such as MySQL, secure web servers such as Apache with mod_ssl.uilding of PHP based applications.
• Maintenance of core PHP-based applications on our commercial platforms.
• Development work aligned to the Netsmart coding methodology.
• Support of applications and environment.

General Competencies:

• A very good understanding of databases is required.
• Enthusiastic & communicative team member with a positive attitude.
• Dedication and willingness to work individually or in a team, as well as unsupervised and alone.

Experience and Education:

• PHP Development with 3 years experience.
• Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science
